PURPOSE: A microorganism formulation containing complex microorganisms, a biological treatment method of an aquarium using the same, and the self-digestion process of the aquarium are provided to improve the efficiency of sludge and green algae treatment. CONSTITUTION: A biological treatment method of an aquarium using a microorganism formulation includes the following steps: 0.2-0.5 weight% of a complex microorganism, of which the deposit number is KCTC 11789BP, 4-20 weight% of rice bran powder, 10-15 weight% of peat moss powder, 10-25 weight% of waste logs for shiitake mushroom, 5-10 weight% of rice husk powder, 7-10 weight% of brown sugar, and remaining amount of water are mixed such that the total weight of the mixture become 100 weight%; the mixture is cultivated for 18 to 30 days to prepare a microorganism formulation; 25-35 weight% of three or more cultivation materials selected from a group including rice husk powder, peat moss powder, and dried powder from waste logs for shiitake mushroom and 80-90 weight% of the microorganism formulation are mixed; the mixed product is inoculated with 0.15-0.3 weight% of the complex microorganism; the inoculated product is cultivated and dried; and the dried product is introduced into the aquarium.
