PURPOSE: A traffic signal control device with an Ethernet modem is provided to be connected to a CPU of a traffic signal controller by changing a traffic control signal to an RS-232 communication signal using a TCP/IP modem for Ethernet use. CONSTITUTION: An optical splitter(30) distributes a TCP/IP type light control signal. An Ethernet modem(50) includes an Ethernet communication unit(51) and a serial port(52). The Ethernet modem performs RS232 data communication through the serial port. A signal processor(60) outputs a first driving signal of a traffic light. A controller(10) performs the RS-232 data communication with the signal processor. The controller recognizes the current operated traffic signal. The controller synchronizes connection timing with the traffic signal.
