A method of driving a vacuum fluorescent display device and a display control method of an electronic range using the same are provided to lighten all segments in the device by periodically eliminating gas particles on anode electrodes contained in each segment. A method of driving a vacuum fluorescent display device comprises the following steps of: waiting until time interruption of a predetermined period occurs; and lightening all segments(2,4,6) in the vacuum fluorescent display device. A display control method of an electronic range comprises the following steps of: waiting until cooking of a food occurs is terminated; and lightening all segments(2,4,6) in a vacuum fluorescent display device.
