PURPOSE: Tablet tea capable of easily carrying, and a producing method thereof are provided to completely dissolve tablets containing tea in water for preventing the generation of waste. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of tablet tea(2) comprises the following steps: high-pressure compressing various kinds of tea into a shape of tablets; and adding a water activating material to the compressed tea.
