PURPOSE: A hair cosmetic composition containing anthocyanine water for preventing hair loss is provided to repair damaged hair root and scalp. CONSTITUTION: A hair cosmetic composition for preventing hair loss contains 1.0-50 wt% of anthocyanine water as an active ingredient. The anthocyanine water is isolated from nano-pulverized Rhynchosia volubillis cover using purified water. The anthocyanine water is manufactured in the form of a hair shampoo, hair rinse, hair tonic, hair essence, hair serum, hair ample, hair treatment, hair conditioner, hair lotion, and hair dye.
