PURPOSE: A call control method of an operator determination blocking call is provided to reduce the waste of wireless resources by controlling the transmission of a call. CONSTITUTION: A network apparatus receives a call from a wireless terminal(S210). When the wireless terminal is an operator determination blocking state, the network apparatus releases the call(S220,S240). The network apparatus transmits a message which informs the operator determination blocking state to the wireless terminal(S250). The network apparatus determines the termination of the operator determination blocking state based on the access right information of the wireless terminal(S260). The network apparatus transmits the message to the wireless terminal according to a determination result(S270).
