PURPOSE: A power transmission device is provided to improve structure stability by placing a retaining member using an elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A first rotor(20) of a main driving side is rotatably installed on a driven side using a shafting element. A retaining member(40) arranges a plurality of retaining elements between the first rotator and a second rotator. The retaining member is arranged as a free state in a longitudinal direction. One end of electric intervening elements(50) is corresponded and connected to each retaining member. The other end of the electric intervening elements is supported on one of the first rotator and the second rotator.
