PURPOSE: A CSS(Cascading Style Sheet) sprite processing method and an apparatus thereof are provided to generate a sprite image by using two-dimensional plane plate where one or more images are arranged. CONSTITUTION: An output unit(710) displays a plate. One or more images are arranged on the plate. An input unit(730) receives input for operating the plate from a user. A control unit(720) modifies one or more images by performing image process about the plate according to the input. The control unit stores one or more images by storing the plate.
