PURPOSE: A chicken breast cutting method, a chicken breast can or pouch manufacturing method including the same, and a chicken breast processed food using the same are provided to minimize flake generation by preventing broken and crushed raw material meat generation. CONSTITUTION: A chicken breast is prepared(S10). The chicken breast is salted(S20). The salted chicken breast is boiled(S30). The chicken breast is pressed with constant pressure in a rolling step(S40). Meat grain in the chicken breast is spread while being torn in a uniform size. A shred step slices the chicken breast by a shredding bundle(S50). The shredded chicken breast is sealed up in a container(S60). The sealed chicken breast is sterilized(S70). |
