PURPOSE: A debris flow inspecting device is provided to recognize the information of a debris flow in which soil and rock pieces flow down in a landslide in advance, thereby minimizing damage to properties and casualties. CONSTITUTION: A debris flow inspecting device comprises a plurality of frames(100), a receiving body(200), an opening/closing plate(300), a tilting member(400), and an observation plate(500). The frame is installed on the ground. The receiving body is supported at a predetermined height from the ground by the frame. A predetermined receiving space capable of receiving an inspection specimen is formed in the receiving body. An open side is formed in one side of the receiving body. The opening/closing plate selectively opens/closes the open side of the receiving body. The tilting member is installed in the front side of the opening/closing plate so that the specimen received in the receiving body flows down. The observation plate is installed on the ground and observes the moving position of the specimen flowing down.
