PURPOSE: A cold-and-hot water purifier with a safety device is provided to easily grasp filter replacement time and whether a filter is genuine or not when using a wireless terminal with a built-in RF(Radio Frequency) reader because a RF tag including the information of the filter is embedded in a water purifier. CONSTITUTION: A cold-and-hot water purifier with a safety device comprises a caulk(15), an outlet interrupter(110), and a controlling unit. The caulk is installed in an end part of an outlet, thereby making hot water or cold water come out from a water purifier. The outlet interrupter is installed in one side of the outlet, thereby opening/closing the outlet. The outlet interrupter is a solenoid valve. The controlling unit operates the opening and closing of the outlet interrupter by responding to signals being input through a manipulation unit being installed in an exterior of the water purifier.
