PURPOSE: A color glass panel with excellent lightness and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture various colored glass panels by foaming urethane foaming agent between two thin glasses. CONSTITUTION: A color glass panel comprises a front glass(1), urethane foam(2) and a backside glass(1-1). A manufacturing method of the color glass panel comprises the following steps: mixing desired color pigment with base material of the urethane foaming agent; tightly attaching the urethane foaming agent to the front glass and backside glass by foaming the urethane foaming agent between the front glass and the backside glass; and printing letters or pictures on the contact surface with the foaming agent of the glass. The glass is the tempered glass through chemical reinforcement or through heat reinforcement. |
