PURPOSE: A cooling device is provided to use water, generated when a cooling source is melted, as device water and to partly prevent flood damage by using an insulation reservoir as a water reservoir in flood season. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device comprises a cooling source(110), an insulation reservoir, and air inflow part(130), and a cool air providing part(140). The cooling source is composed of a compression structure. The insulation reservoir is buried under the ground and is provided to store a cooling source in an insulated state. The air inflow part is connected to the insulation reservoir and is provided to flow outdoor air into the insulation reservoir. The cool air providing part is connected between the insulation reservoir and an indoor space. The cool air providing part supplies cool air to the indoor space. |
