PURPOSE: A road pavement structure and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent damage to a road pavement caused by frost in the winter. CONSTITUTION: A road pavement structure comprises a middle layer(100), a surface layer(200), and a fill layer(300). The middle layer is formed on the top of the ground to be adjacent to a road curb(10). The surface layer is formed on the top of the middle layer to be separated from the road curb. The fill layer is formed between the surface layer and the road curb and is filled with mastic asphalt.
