PURPOSE: A real time information reader system capable of position authentication and personal authentication is provided to combine GPS information, real time WIFI/W-CDMA data communication, SMS transmission, and photo image transmission technology, thereby finding a position of a patroller and a field situation in real time. CONSTITUTION: A GPS module is mounted in a patrol terminal and finds a position of the patrol terminal in real time. A camera module is mounted in the patrol terminal and photographs a field photo. A WIFI module transmits information collected in the GPS module and the camera module. The WIFI module receives a command transmitted from a situation room.
