The device has separate elements such as uprights (52), cross-pieces (53), vertical reinforcing plates (56), and/or horizontal plates (58), which are assembled by pins i.e. hooks, (54) engaged in corresponding slots (55). Locking wedges (50) are engaged in the slots between the hooks and faces of the slots after the pins are engaged and mounted on the bottom of the slots, where thickness of each wedge is equal to thickness of each pin, and the length of each wedge is equal to length of each hook.
