<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas separator capable of efficiently separating target gas from mixed gas. <P>SOLUTION: The gas separator 100 includes a module 10 comprising tubular membrane elements 14 having separation membranes for selectively permeating and separating the target gas from the mixed gas; a casing 12 storing the membrane elements 14 and having a supply port to which the mixed gas is supplied, and an ejection port from which the mixed gas is ejected; and a passage tube 22B leading out the target gas that has permeated the membrane elements 14, to the outside of the casing 12. The plurality of modules 10 are connected to one another; in the continuously connected modules 10, the ejection port of the upstream module 10 communicates with the supply port of the downstream module 10, and each of the plurality of modules 10 is provided with the passage tube 22B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
