<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply device for enabling the selection of a water discharge pattern as intended by a user. <P>SOLUTION: The water supply device comprises: a discharge port for discharging water supplied from a water supply passage; a solenoid valve connected to the water supply passage; first and second detecting means for detecting a detected object; and a controller for performing first automatic mode operation to open the solenoid valve during a time when the first detecting means detects the detected object and to close the solenoid valve when it does not detect the same, and for performing second automatic mode operation to repeat the opening and closing of the solenoid valve each time when the second detecting means detects the same. The controller has a storage part for storing an operating time for the second automatic mode operation, and it closes the solenoid valve when the operating time stored in the storage part passes during the second automatic mode operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
