<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of easily and accurately performing positioning work of a bracket. <P>SOLUTION: An orthodontic appliance making tool 10 is provided with a plurality of wire locking tools 12 and 13 as wire holding means for holding a part of an ideal arch wire or an orthodontic wire 20 which is the material thereof, on a setup denture mold model 11 made into the state that teeth are rearranged to be the target ideal row of teeth on the basis of an original denture mold model formed while contouring the denture mold of a patient. Both of the wire locking tools 12 and 13 are arranged at the tongue side part of a dentition part 11a of the denture mold model 11, the two wire locking tools 12 are attached to a dental cervix part 11b near a molar, and the two wire locking tools 13 are attached to the dental cervix part 11b near a front tooth. The end of the wire can be fitted and separated to/from the locking groove 12d of a head part 12a of the wire locking tool 12, and a portion of the wire can be fitted and separated to/from the locking groove 13d of a head part 12a of the wire locking tool 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
