<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which does not break in its fixed position even in a long-term use by reducing fatigue which arises in the fixed position of a guide rail by the collision of game balls. <P>SOLUTION: The pinball game machine includes: a game board 5 which includes a game region 5a where various game parts are arranged at its front side; and a shooting means 6 which shoots a game ball toward the game region 5a. The game board 5 is equipped with a base plate 21 and a guide rail 22 which is arranged to surround the game region 5a in front of the base plate 21. At least a part of the guide rail 22 is fixed to the base plate 21 by rail fixers 28 in two or more positions 27 and 27a arranged apart in its longitudinal direction.
