<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof panel using a translucent material in which the translucent material is not easily broken and the possibility of a large fragment's dropping can be reduced even if the translucent material is broken. <P>SOLUTION: In a soundproof panel 1, a frame inside-inner frame 3 in an outer frame is fitted and arranged, and the peripheral edge of a translucent material 4 is fitted to the inner frame 3 to be supported through an elastic seal member 33, and one side of the inner frame 3 is fixed by a pin to one side of the outer frame while other side of the inner frame 3 is connected with other side of the outer frame by connection means with lower strength than that of the one side fixed by a pin. In the soundproof panel 1, when an impact force acts from the front face side of an inside panel 5, the impact force causes other side of the inner frame 3 to be separated to the backside relative to the outer frame, at the portion connected with lower strength so that the inner frame 3 is caused to rotate to the backside with the one side fixed by a pin being as a center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
