The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a non-aqueous electrolytic solution which has improved electrochemical properties in a wide temperature range; and an electrical storage device utilizing the non-aqueous electrolytic solution. A non-aqueous electrolytic solution which comprises a non-aqueous solvent and an electrolyte salt dissolved in the non-aqueous solvent, and which is characterized in that at least one cyclic sulfonic acid ester compound represented by general formula (I) is contained therein; and an electrical storage device.
