Disclosed in the present invention is a guide device for coiled tubing mainly comprises a slip connection-head, a locking sleeve, a floating sleeve, a guide head and a traction steel rope(10). The slip connection-head has the following structure: a cone of an expansion plug(1) is arranged in the slip sleeve(2); the lower end of the locking nut(3) is a convex sphere; and on the lower end of the locking nut, one end of the traction steel rope is fixed into a rectangular groove at the lower end of the locking nut by a threaded pin(4). The locking sleeve has the following structure: the upper end face of the spherical supporting body(5) is a concave spherical surface; an internal conical sleeve(6) and an external conical clamping sleeve(7) are arranged in a cylindrical space; a spherical head(9) is fixed on the internal threads of the spherical supporting body; the number of linked locking bodies is 4 to 15; and a conical guide body(11) is connected with the lower end of the lowermost floating sleeve by the traction steel rope. The guide device for coiled tubing achieves an effect of quickly and safely extracting the coiled tubing from a winch drum and guide the coiled tubing into the clamping block of injection head clamping block by a guider.
