[Problem] To provide a ß-1, 3-1, 6 glucan labeled by a stable isotope 2H and/or stable isotope 13C; a probe for observing movement of an intestine that has absorbed the ß-1, 3-1, 6 glucan; and a method for producing a ß-1, 3-1, 6 glucan labeled by a stable isotope 2H and/or stable isotope 13C. [Solution] Provided is a ß-1, 3-1, 6 glucan labeled by a stable isotope 2H and/or stable isotope 13C. The present invention participates in the discovery or creation of novel functions of ß-1, 3-1, 6 glucan.
