<p>Disclosed is a method for obtaining alarm information. The method includes: an agent (Agent) embedding in a file preparation ready notification (notifyFileReady) indication information for marking the get alarm list operation (getAlarmList) corresponding to the notifyFileReady, and sending the same to a manager (Manager); and the Manager verifying that the received notifyFileReady corresponds to the current getAlarmList according to the indication information in the received notifyFileReady, and obtaining alarm information from the notifyFileReady. Also disclosed is a system for obtaining alarm information, which can ensure that the Manager obtains accurate alarm information, thus avoiding mistakes in sending alarms, and ensuring the normal operation of the entire network.</p> |
