<p>The present invention provides an elevator system capable of properly guiding elevator users according to a congestion situation of each of banks in the case where a plurality of the elevator banks are present in a building. This system is provided with a landing area indicator provided on a predetermined story floor in a building, and a bank load determination means. The landing area indicator is arranged on an elevator landing area of a predetermined bank. The bank load determination means manages, for each of the operating directions, a load factor in a cage of each elevator on the story floor installed with the landing area indicator, and determines, for each operating direction, a congestion situation of each bank of the story floor. Additionally, in the case where the bank provided with the landing area indicator is crowded in a predetermined operating direction, and other bank which is not crowded in the same operating direction is present, the bank load determination means allows the landing area indicator to display the crowded operating direction and an information map to the other bank.</p> |
