<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a resin from peeling off in a slot for a magnet. <P>SOLUTION: A slot (211) for a magnet, comprising a magnet insertion part (212) into which a permanent magnet (220) is inserted and a resin filling part (213) into which a resin is filled, is formed in a rotor core (210). The rotor core (210) is formed by alternately laminating a plurality of laminate plates (P1, P2) in which widths of resin filling parts (213) are different.
