<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilling work machine capable of stably housing an extended leveling plate, and having good operability for moving the leveling plate from its folding position to spreading site. <P>SOLUTION: A puddling implement 1 comprises: a second leveling plate (left) 28L which is arranged vertically and freely turnably rearward a shield cover (left) 241 covering the upper part of a tilling rotor and levels a cultivated soil tilled by the tilling rotor; and an extended leveling plate (left) 33L which is supported freely turnably around an axial part 32 extending in a front-rear direction at the end of the right-left direction relative to the traveling direction of the implement and extends to the side of the second leveling plate (left) 28L during the spreading to assist the leveling operation of the plate 28L. The extended leveling plate (left) 33L comprises an extending plate (left) 40L provided protrusibly and retractably to the top of an extending direction.
