<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated steel sheet suitable for reducing sensible temperature when touching an electric or electronic apparatus in which a heat generating component is incorporated and for suppressing the rise in a surface temperature of the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The coated steel sheet includes: a resin coating film containing at least either of hollow particles or solid particles on one surface of the steel sheet; and a surface treated film containing at least a chemical conversion treatment layer on the other surface. The surface roughness of the resin coating film is 1.0 μm or more and the infrared emissivity of the surface having the surface treated film is 0.3 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
