<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous adsorption film having a mixture ligand, which effectively and promptly removes impurities from a mixture liquid containing a target protein and the impurities, and can purify the target protein efficiently even when a solution has high electrical conductivity. <P>SOLUTION: The porous adsorption film includes a base having pores, the ligand, and a linker bonding between the base and the ligand, wherein the ligand contains (a) a monomer-derived unit with a group having an anion exchange capability in a main chain and (b) a monomer-derived unit with a group having the hydrophobic interaction in a main chain, and the (a) unit and the (b) unit form a copolymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
