<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect the operation of detectors such as sensors and to detect whether connection between respective detectors and a monitor is normal or not. <P>SOLUTION: A monitor 100 includes a setting part 120 which, when a plurality of sensor units 300 are inspected, sets sensor units 300 to be inspected, a communication part 107 which receives detection signals from the respective sensor units 300, a determination part 105 which determines whether a sensor ID contained in the received detection signal coincides with the sensor ID of a sensor to be inspected, and an inspection part 103 which, when the sensor ID contained in the received detection signal coincides with the sensor ID of the sensor to be inspected, determines that an inspection result of a detector to be inspected is normal, and which, when the sensor ID contained in the received detection signal is different from the sensor ID of the sensor to be inspected, ignores the received detection signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
