<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm quickly and reliably whether or not a signal transmission medium F has been inserted up to a predetermined position, or whether or not the lock operation has been completed with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: Lock confirmation means 11d for visually observing the displacement state or the engagement state of a lock member 13 is provided in an insulation housing 11. The displacement state of the lock member 13 or the falling state of a signal transmission medium F into an engagement positioning part can be confirmed visually through the lock confirmation means 11d, at a moment in time when the signal transmission medium F is inserted up to a predetermined position.
