Disclosed are a film on which a code is recorded, a reader used for recognizing the film on which a code is recorded, and electronic equipment including a display device to which the film on which a code is recorded is attached. The film on which a code is recorded according to the present invention comprises: a light-emitting part emitting light having a first wavelength onto a film surface on which a code displayed using a predetermined fluorescent material is printed; and a light-receiving part receiving only light having a second wavelength emitted by the predetermined fluorescent material when the light having the first wavelength is emitted. According to the present invention, provided is the reader which can recognize a code by being linked to a screen when a code pattern printed on a surface of a transparent material is applied to a surface of a display part of the electronic equipment.
