PURPOSE: A sensing module for a high-altitude electromagnetic pulse is provided to protect electronic components of a HEMP(High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse) sensing circuit part by sensing a HEMP generation signal. CONSTITUTION: A sensing circuit module(20) comprises a series resistance part(21), a diode dropping circuit(22), and a sensing voltage output part(23). The series resistance part divides a HEMP(High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse) passing through a spark gap into serial resistance having a division rate of more than 1000 to 1. The diode dropping circuit drops the HEMP to a ground while being electrically connected to the series resistance part. The diode dropping circuit generates a predetermined sensing voltage by sensing a HEMP voltage. The sensing voltage output part transmits sensing voltage sensed from the diode dropping circuit part to a shelter for protecting the HEMP. [Reference numerals] (AA) Power line
