<p>PURPOSE: A functional adhesive film is provided to have excellent corrosion resistance, to hardly generate interference fringe, to not degrade visibility of image or display quality. CONSTITUTION: A functional adhesive film(1) comprises a transparent substrate(12), at least one functional layer(11) selected from a hard coat layer and antireflective layer on one side the transparent substrate., and an adhesive layer(13) on the other side of the transparent substrate. The sum of acrylic acid ions and methacrylic acid ions extracted under the condition of 100°C and 45 minutes by pure water from the adhesive functional film measured by an ion chromatograph method is 20 ng/ cm^2 or less per unit area of the adhesive layer.
