<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a paste which includes: an inorganic particle; and an organic component including a compound having an unsaturated double bond, a polymerization initiator, and a polymerization inhibitor, and in which when a closed type kneader is used and a dispersion process is performed, the property degradation by radical polymerization is eliminated, an enough dispersion characteristic is shown, and there are not a foreign object and the interfusion of moisture. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the paste which includes: an inorganic particle; and an organic component including a compound having an unsaturated double bond, a polymerization initiator, and a polymerization inhibitor, includes: a process in which the organic component is mixed/stirred to make an organic vehicle; a process in which the inorganic particle and the organic vehicle are mixed to obtain a dispersion premix; and a process in which the dispersion premix is performed with a dispersion process by a closed type kneader, wherein the amount of the polymerization inhibitor in the organic vehicle is at most 1 mass% based on the amount of the compound having an unsaturated double bond, and the dissolved oxygen concentration in the dispersion premix which is supplied to the process in which the dispersion process is performed is made to be in the range of 2-20 mg/L. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
