<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil leakage part sealing construction method by which the sealing of a part of oil leakage occurring in a flange part or the like can be reliably executed without stopping oil flow and irrespective of the extent of high or low temperature level of ambient air. <P>SOLUTION: The oil leakage part sealing construction method includes: a step of cleaning the flange part having the part of oil leakage and exposing the base surface of the part; a step of degreasing and cleaning the exposed part; a step of applying a primer agent for anticorrosion; a step of attaching filler so as to surround the part of oil leakage; a step of applying an epoxy resin type sealing agent having a short curing time even at a low temperature, curing the epoxy resin sealing agent to seal the part of oil leakage and, at the same time, attaching the filler to a sealing part, too; a step of smoothly shaping and curing a total attachment shape of the filler so as to cover the flange part and aligning an external form; a step of alternately covering the outer circumference of the fillers whose external form is aligned with an epoxy resin agent having a curing time larger than that of the epoxy resin sealing agent and glass wool to form a plurality of covering layers; and a step of performing finishing painting after curing the plurality of covering layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
