<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a polyimide film hardly causing a change of adhesiveness of an adhesive roll in a manufacturing process of the polyimide film. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the polyimide film is characterized in that in a manufacturing proces of stripping, drawing, drying, heat treating and winding a gel film formed by continuously extruding or applying an polyamic acid solution on a support in a film-like state, the adhesive roll is arranged in a process after drying and is brought into contact with the running film while keeping the solvent concentration in an atmosphere around the adhesive roll at 1 ppm or below to remove foreign matter on the surface of the film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
