<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutting device capable of cutting a margin and a corner of a tape. <P>SOLUTION: A cutting means 3 includes a fixed first blade 31 and a movable second blade 32. A first blade end 311 and a second blade end 321 are bent in a left direction. When the cutting means 3 is in a separate state, the tape 50 is placed on a tape placing passage 13 by a user. When the cutting means 3 is shifted from the separate state to an overlapped state, the margin and one corner of the tape 50 are cut. Then, the cutting means 3 is shifted to an intermediate state. In the intermediate state, a second blade body 322 crosses the tape placing passage 13. The tape 50 is turned over and placed on the tape placing passage 13 by the user. A right end of the tape 50 is brought into contact with the second blade body 322.
