<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toy vehicle that prevents a second form from being easily predicted from the appearance of a first form. <P>SOLUTION: This toy vehicle 1 changing between the first form and the second form includes: a base member having a front face constituting a part of the first form and a rear face constituting a part of the second form; and two or more turning members which are turnably connected to the base member, and form different appearances on both faces such that the front face shows the first form and that the rear face shows the second form. End parts of each of at least two of the two or more turn members include connection parts connected to each other to hold the toy vehicle 1 in the first form or the second form.
