<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyer device capable of grouping conveyance objects together and reducing the required numbers of motors and zone controllers, a collective zone controller, and a zone controller. <P>SOLUTION: In this conveyer device 120, zones AA-AC are serially arranged in a conveyance direction. The zones AA-AC are controlled by this collective zone controller 101. Since, in each of the zones AA-AC, the number of conveyance rollers 5 and the total length L are larger than those of a normal one, three main conveyance objects can be loaded thereon at intervals. Loading sensors Sa-Sc are located at the most terminal positions of the respective zones AA-AC. In the collective zone controller 101, operation for grouping a plurality of conveyance objects together at appropriate intervals is achieved by a combination of signals of the loading sensors Sa-Sc of the respective zones and a timer on a program. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
