METHOD FOR BIOTECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCTION OF ETHYL HEXANOATE USING SYNTHETIC MEDIUM AND AGROINDUSTRIAL WASTES AND USE THEREOF

In the present invention, two important agroindustrial wastes ("manipueira", i.e. liquid extracted from cassava roots, and malt bagasse) are used for ethyl hexanoate production by the Neurospora sitophila FGSC 1135 strain. The present invention also discloses that the method for biotechnological production of ethyl hexanoate using synthetic medium and agroindustrial wastes can be used especially for the production of natural flavouring, aiming for the direct use thereof in products such as, for example, cosmetics and food products.
