An egg packaging device provided with a multiple-row conveying section for conveying multiple rows of eggs, and a container conveying section for conveying a container that has multiple rows of egg cups for accommodating the eggs conveyed by the multiple-row conveying section. The container conveying section inclines the conveyance direction of the container with respect to the egg conveyance direction of the multiple-row conveying section, the container conveying position being below the egg conveyance position of the multiple-row conveying section. The multiple-row conveying section has a first transfer section for transferring the eggs conveyed by the first row of the multiple-row conveying section to the first row of egg cups of the container, and an n-th transfer section, disposed to the downstream side in the conveyance direction from an (n-1)th transfer section, and adapted to transfer the eggs conveyed by the n-th row of the multiple-row conveying section to the n-th row of egg cups of the container.
