A remote operation service for a robot used in an everyday living space is advantageously provided. A server of a service provider matches users and operators on the basis of subjective evaluation of the service as received from the user and an operation skill parameter received from the robot. The server selects the operator to be allocated to the user for future remote operation services, performs scheduling for each of the operators, and achieves team-building between operators. The service provider also compensates and remunerates each of the operators.
