<p>Provided is a printing ink composition for metals which has a high gloss, high processability, and excellent printability, and which is useful as an ink for printing metals, in particular, decorative cans, 3-piece beverage cans, food cans, etc. Also provided is a printed metal sheet obtained using the printing ink composition. The printing ink composition for metals comprises a pigment, an alkyd resin, and a hydrocarbon solvent, wherein some or the whole of the polyhydric alcohol ingredient used for constituting the alkyd resin was accounted for by tris(2-hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate.</p> |
