<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device which reduces noise by electrostrictive vibration of a current waveform. <P>SOLUTION: An inverter device using a one-shunt system multiplies a carrier period to reduce a frequency of staggering output timing of PWMDUTY pulse even when detecting a current flowing in a current sensor. At one time of the multiplied carrier periods, the output timing of DUTY pulse is staggered, and at the remaining of the multiplied carrier periods, the output timing of DUTY pulse is not staggered nearly to be an ideal sine wave, and PWMDUTY pulse widths corresponding to multiplied carrier number are configured to be the same.
