<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically identify an image which is in an appropriate state among multiple images obtained by imaging a series of motions. <P>SOLUTION: An image acquisition part 51 acquires data of multiple images obtained by consecutively imaging motions of a subject. A difference image creation part 54 creates data of difference images between adjacent images from the data of the multiple images respectively. An emphasis image creation part 55 creates image data for arithmetic processing from the data of the difference images. A Hough transformation part 562 performs the arithmetic processing (Hough transformation processing) making the image data created by the emphasis image creation part 55 as a processing object.
