<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an operator accurately recognize various information items based on image data outputted from various external instruments. <P>SOLUTION: An edge image generating unit 21 of an image processing determination device 10 extracts a plurality of edges based on an image included in display data outputted from external instruments such as a terminal device 14, a navigation device 15, and a photographing device 16.
