<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering cooking oil, by which an oil draining basket is rotatably driven in a well-balanced manner, oil is efficiently separated and recovered in a short time, a component member is not damaged and used durably. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus for recovering cooking oil, includes: a tank 2 having an upper opening 5; the oil draining basket 11 provided in the tank and rotatably driven by an electric motor 8; and an input hole 19 for food particles remaining in the oil which is provided at the upper part corresponding to the oil draining basket. When the food particles are input in the oil draining basket, the oil draining basket is rotatably driven at low speed, and after the end of the input of the food particles, the oil draining basket is rotatably driven at high speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
