<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a building foundation, which comprises a foundation slab and an erected portion erected on the foundation slab, from a prefabricated precast concrete block. <P>SOLUTION: A temporary support fitting 20 is attached to a bottom surface of a precast concrete block 5. Legs 21c of the temporary support fitting are protruded downward from two locations, and a space between the legs is opened downward. In addition, the leg comprises a height adjusting portion for adjusting the height of the precast concrete block 5 serving as an erected portion 4, and height adjusting bolts 26 are screwed into screw holes that are formed in steel plate materials 24 and 25, respectively. In the precast concrete block 5, the legs of the temporary support fitting are arranged astride reinforcements 11 and 12 after the reinforcements are arranged on a foundation support surface 2.
